He All Creative Technology Development Organization is a civil society organization operating in Yemen. Established on March 21, 2017, it was accredited under No. (28). It is an independent, non-profit youth organization whose primary goal is to actively and effectively participate in community service and advancement, and to care for all segments of society through programs and projects in various developmental and technological aspects

The All Creative Technology Development Organization is the organizer and implementer of the First Digital Transformation Conference and its accompanying exhibition. Through this conference, the organization seeks to convey and present a clearer and deeper picture of digital transformation and financial inclusion in society. This idea is supported by the Prime Minister, the Minister of Communications, and the Central Bank of Yemen. The organizers, in coordination and cooperation, include the Prime Minister’s Media Office, the Artway Office, the Technology Community Center, and the Technology Community Magazine

This group strives to produce the conference with the highest possible accuracy, quality, and accessibility. The conference will be an annual event to support the development process of digital transformation in Yemen
